Melanie became the owner of SERVUS in 2020 as a third generation owner of the business. She has been employed in the financial services industry for the past 12 years and has a diverse background in sales and account management. After graduating from the University of Michigan, Melanie began her career in software sales and account management at Bloomberg, LP. She then advanced with global financial giants Nomura and subsequently Deutsche Bank, where she was responsible for account management to some of the largest institutional investors in the world. Melanie has been recognized by employers and clients through multiple industry awards, including Rising Star of the Women's Bond Club and the Excellence in Institutional Sales Award by Markets Media Magazine. She brings significant financial acumen, best management practices and institutional expertise to SERVUS, with a focus on industry growth and responsible customer service, hallmarks of the industry.

Melanie graduated from the University of Michigan in 2008 and was a competitive figure skater for 15 years.
She was formerly a member of the Haydenettes Synchronized Skating Team based in Lexington, MA.
Melanie spends a lot of time with her brother Jon. Jon is very active in the Boston community and competes in the Special Olympics at Harvard/Boston University, and also works at Wellesley College.
