Greg joined SERVUS in the fall of 2022 as Vice President of Business Development. Greg’s responsibilities are business development and working closely with the SERVUS Operations team to ensure service delivery excellence and exceptional client satisfaction. He has been in the Integrated Facilities Services (IFS) industry for 13 years, previously with a multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded, international IFS Services firm. After graduating from Boston College (1999) with a degree in Marketing and Finance, Greg worked in Business Development for GlaxoSmithKline, a multi-billion dollar Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical firm. Greg is an active participant with Greater Boston Real Estate Board, including Building Owners & Management Association (BOMA) as well as Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA). He currently serves on BOMA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and the Programs & Education Committee. Greg lives in Milton, MA with his wife and 4 sons. He is active in his boys’ academic and athletic endeavors, coaching baseball and basketball, and is a member of the Milton American Baseball Board of Directors. Greg takes pride in following core values he learned from his parents and grandparents, including charity, integrity, loyalty, ethical business practice, hard work and honesty.
